Abstract

Patente de Modelo de Utilidade de aparelho para aquecimento de alimentos em banho-maria, para uso doméstico ou profissional, destinado a manter aquecido o alimento que será servido durante um determinado espaço de tempo, através água (B) que será aquecida indiretamente por uma resistência elétrica (7) de baixa potência, isolada termicamente (8) em sua parte inferior, atingindo o fundo de um depósito d'água antiebulição (3) ao qual ficará sobreposta a panela (A) contendo o alimento desejado, tendo o conjunto uma lâmpada-piloto (10) aplicada à base (4) ficando a temperatura constante.
