Patente de Modelo de Utilidade: ''PALITO QUEBRÁVEL DE SORVETE''. Patente de Modelo de Utilidade de um palito quebrável de sorvete: compreende uma reentrância separando uma parte fixa de uma parte quebrável. A parte fixa serve para a sustentação do sorvete, e, a parte quebrável pode ser retirada quando o palito, com o seu tamanho original, começa a incomodar o usuário. Para a quebra ser possível, bastará imprimir uma pequena força através da parte quebrável sobre a reentrância.
