A presente invenção, tem como objetivo controlar automaticamente o tráfego e a quantidade de vagas desocupadas em estacionamentos, andares, setores, alas e similares, conjugando as funções de contar, controlar e informar aos usuários e operadores, em tempo real, a quantidade de vagas desocupadas existentes, sinalizando, automaticamente, quais são as vagas que estão desocupadas ou,inversamente, quais são aquelas que estão ocupadas.
