Podendo ser confeccionado em madeira, plástico, borracha, cerâmica, metal e etc.. Consiste em fragmentar esses mapas, seja de um estado, de uma região ou de um país, em formato de quebra-cabeças com o objetivo de montar o mapa escolhido.
