É previsto um dispositivo que compreende um corpo basicamente paralelepipédico 1 de seção retangular e arestas arredondadas dividido em duas zonas sobrepostas 2 e 3, das quais a zona superior 2 é de material esponjoso duro e serve de pega para o mesmo, enquanto que a zona inferior 3 é material esponjoso mole preferencialmente impregnado de líquido ou creme limpador de calçado, sendo a zona superior 2 de manor espessura que a zona inferior 3, estando ambas as zonas 2, 3 unidas entre si mediante colagem ou similar.
