Constitui-se o mesmo de um grampo composto em peças de plástico moldada de tal forma que o pino após fixado na beteria, encaixa perfeitamente no dispositivo devido a sua simplicidade o mesmo pode ser manuseado por qualquer pessoa ou até crianças, sendo que o mesmo não apresenta qualquer riscos quanto ao manuseio.
