Refere-se o presen a um fogão vertical, que pela sua construção é econômico, versátil, prático e de baixo custo de construção. Tem uma utilidade amplificada em função de sua forma e de seus acessórios. É constituído basicamente de um corpo que repousa sobre quatro pés, com uma abertura de entrada de ar em meio a um fundo fechado e outro vazado, furos para saída de gases de combustão, uma alça, duas estruturas que se encaixam em quatro buchas, e uma grelha.
