Abstract

Patente de Modelo de Utilidade "GERADOR DE PRESSÃO POSITIVA EXPIRATÓRIA NAS VIAS AÉREAS", usado para gerar um gradiente pressórico positivo durante todo o ato respiratório, através de um selo d'água com variações da pressão positiva final - PEEP, evitando com isso o colabamento precoce das vias aéres mais periféricas durante o ato expiratório. A utilização desta técnica é hoje uma alternativa terapêutica isólita e profícua no tratamento das doenças pulmonares promovendo uma melhoria na ventilação, difusão e perfusão dos gases pulmonares, bem como, uma melhor desinsuflação pulmonar.
