Patente de Modelo de Utilidade "DISPOSIÇÃO INTRODUZIDA EM ELEMENTO PARA SINALIZAÇÃO", compreendendo um primeiro painel estrutural (1), retangular, tendo uma ampla abertura igualmente quadrangular (2), porém, esta abertura é integralmente ocupada por um painel eólico (3), pivotante em pontos rotativos (4), como também tal painel (3) apresenta as suas bordas laterais e verticais angularmente dobradas para lados opostos (5), de modo que o mesmo possa ser girado aleatóriamente pela força do vento, sendo que, finalmente, o conjunto acima poderá ser montado em postes ou mastros diversos (6-7), incluindo-se ou não indicações ou placas de ruas usuais (8) finalizando assim um conjunto ideal para disposição de mensagens diversas.
