Patente de Modelo de Utilidade de "DISPOSIÇÕES CONSTRUTIVAS INTRODUZIDAS EM CESTO DE PAPÉIS PARA TOALETE". Trata esta patente de novas disposições construtivas introduzidas em cesto de papéis servidos e lixo para toaletes, e cuja tampa permanece hermeticamente fechada, evitando-se moscas, mosquitos, insetos, mal cheiro, etc. Basicamente a novidade consiste de um corpo cilíndrico cesto (1) cuja gola (2) exibe um ressalto caixa de mecanismo (3) com dois botões (4) e (21) interno e extreno quando acionado o botão (4) externo obraga o botão (21) interno a forçar a tampa (5) a se soltar do ímã (25) preso pelo lado interno o qual esta segurando a tapa (5) pelo seu ímã (23), o contrapesso a ergue deixando totalmente aberto.
