Compreende o presente modelo de utilidade a um aparelho (1) para uso na construção civil, contendo um recipiente cilíndrico (2) fixo por braçadeiras em uma estrutura de tripé (3). Contendo este cilindro um "cap" com orifício (6) em uma extremidade e na outra uma conexão (7) com uma mangueira transparente (8). Mangueira esta contendo uma tampa com gatilho (11) e fixada em um transferidor (9) contendo graduação (13) e um ponteiro móvel (14). Sendo o mesmo usado opcionalmente com uma régua auxiliar (15) dotada de graduação (16).
