O modelo de utilidade "Cateter Intravenoso com Extensor Flexível e Protetor contra Ponta de Agulha" é um cateter intravenoso acompanhado de um extensor flexível para infusões, que pode impedir a saída indesejável de sangue ou demais infusões com um simples estrangulamento. Constitui-se também de uma empunhadura côncava que abriga a agulha e os demais componentes, incluindo o extensor flexível. Finalizando, há ainda o protetor contra a ponta de agulhas; A soma de tais itens garante a superioridade deste cateter sobre os demais convencionais, proporcionando muito mais segurança e praticidade.
