Patente de Modelo de utilidade "BLIMP'S MÓVEL" , constituído de material vinil ou similar, contendo no seu interior oxigênio ou gás helio não inflamável para dar a forma de balão ou outro tipo desejado. Em sua parte externa exibe mensagens comerciais num movimento giratório. O referido Balão fica afixado sobre o veículo num eixo com rolamento que proporciona um movimento giratório de 360 graus, sendo amarrado por cordas em birros externamente para dar segurança e equilíbrio. Os BLIMP'S MÓVEL são apresentados em locais fixos ou circulando presos aos veículos exibindo mensagens comerciais.
