Patente de Modelo de Utilidade em "PROCESSO DE FLOCAGEM APLICADO EM BOLAS". Trata-se de um processo de aplicação de fibras naturais ou sintéticas (flocos) sobre a superfície de bolas de borracha ou plastico, com ou sem câmara de ar, através de processo eletrostático, garantindo um acabamento contínuo sem emendas, tendo os flocos distribuição uniforme por toda a bola. O processo de flocagem compreende as etapas de aplicação de desvio sobre a bola semi-pronta, colocação eletrostática dos flocos (flocagem), secagem, cura, acabamento final e impressão serigráfica ou térmica.
