Patente de Modelo de Utilidade de "DISPOSIÇÃO CONSTRUTIVA EM PRENDEDOR E AVENTAL". Refere-se o presente Modelo de Utilidade a um avental, cujo prendedor o fixa na cintura do usuário sem a necessidade de tiras. Constitui-se de um avental de material mole (1), lavável ou descartável, em cujo lado superior reto é feita uma bainha (2), onde introduz-se o elemento elástico (3), constítuido por um semi-arco de material elástico, podendo ser, por exemplo, um arame de aço mole (4), recoberto por um tubo ou revestimento de plastômero ou elastômero (5).
