É formado a partir de um molde de plástico ou similar bio-degradável, devidamente recortado a fim de configurar (figura 3). Observa-se (A, A') ABAS com duas "tiras" nas extremidades laterais; Fitas adesivas (C,C'); "Coletor" (B) na posição central do modelo, com profundidade e tamanho apropriado, em quadrada ou retangular à sua forma, conforme conveniência de captação do líquido urinário e Fecal.
