Patente de Modelo de Utilidade "BLOQUEADOR AUTOMÁTICO DE HIDRÔMETRO NA FALTA DE ÀGUA". Tem por objetivo impedir a fraude de estelionato praticada pelas Companhias de Abastecimento contra os consumidores, que na ausência de àgua pagam o ar que passa pelo Hidrômetro como fosse consumo da mesma. Tal Bloqueador Automático de Hidrômetro na falta de àgua, conta de um elemento bóia (19), (20) que trava a turbina acionadora (13) ou desacopla a transmição aos mecanismos de registro quer mecânica, através da bóia (25), (26), quer magneticamente, atavés da bóia (22).
