Constituído por um corpo único (1), dotado internamente de uma fina placa imantada (2) revestida por um corpo emborrachado (3), formando um sanduiche, o qual recebe no setor frontal uma fina capa (4) com o propósito de propaganda, adornos e congêneres, o dispositivo em causa é maleável, resistente as imtempéries, impermeável e de fácil aplicação sobre uma superfície metálica, mesmo que irregular, sobre a qual esse dispositivo poderá prender, por exemplo uma folha de papel ou similar.
