Compreende este modelo, um veículo de propaganda formado por painéis (1) dispostos verticalmente como lados de um poliedro oco inscrito em um cilindro imaginário. Ditos painéis (1) fixados por uma armação de metal leve (2) em um tubo (4) ou poste, através de rolamentos de esferas (3). Sendo as junções de um painel com o seu vizinho, por um dos lados, feita de forma ligeiramente desencontrada, formando uma área de condução para a corrente de ar (5). Contendo ainda, o modelo, opcionalmente, ângulos reentrantes (6) com a mesma função. Sendo o modelo coberto por tampas circulares (7), em cima e embaixo.
