Refere-se o presente pedido a aperfeiçoamento introduzido em máquinas de fritar no sistema água-óleo, eliminando os registros de drenagem tradicionais e substituindo-os por sistema de tubos verticais e conexões giratórias em forma de "L", bem como dotando o equipamento de termostato para a água, eliminando a possibilidade de fervura da mesma e evitando que o óleo possa inflamar-se por excesso de temperatura.
