Abstract

Trata o presente pedido de uma nova disposição em implante de fixação imediata, a ser implantado na maxila e mandíbula. Em linhas gerais, prevê uma rosca auto-atarraxante (1) com ponta piloto (2) e com comprimento variando de 07 a 18 mm permite fixação imediata e uma penetração suave no osso, podendo lá permanecer o tempo que for necessário. A base cônica (3) que é o pilar de sustentação para a prótese provisória fixa, possui na sua extremidade dois chanfros paralelos (4) que permitem o encaixe de uma chave tipo catraca para o rosqueamento e posterior remoção dos implantes F. I.
