O medidor de pronação e supinação é formado a partir de 4 tiras de tecido, 2 retas e 2 em "V" presas uma sobre a outra contendo uma base em meia lua com uma haste perpendicular à mesma, ajustável uma na perna e a outra no pé que, colocadas, facilitam a visualização dos movimentos da tíbia e do pé na marcha. Este dispositivo é bastante facilitador na detecção de variações na biomecânica da marcha.
