Cama hospitalar que permite ao paciente submetido a operação cirúrgica na região abdominal ou toráxica levantar ou deitar nesta cama sem necessidade de curvar o abdomen, eliminando-se as dores causadas por esta curvatura. Isto é conseguido através de um giro de 90° da cama em torno de um eixo (4) disposto sobre os pés centrais (3).
