Patente de Modelo de Utilidade: "DISPOSIÇÃO EM PORTA-LATA DE CERVEJA E REFRIGERANTE", compreendendo uma alça ou pegador (1) curvado em arco e tendo na extremidade inferior um suporte anelar (3) com borda interna formada com superfície em declive de dentro para fora (4), ou um suporte circular (25) com ressalto concêntrico de menor diâmetro (26), e na parte superior tendo previsto um elemento de trava (5) provido com dente de fixação (6) e uma extensão oposta com extremidade recurvada por baixo (8) e com propriedades de mola, podendo dito elemento de trava (5) ser substituído por uma argola articulada (16).
