Trata-se de um utensílio formado de um cabo anatômico (1), um corpo cilíndrico (9), revestido por duas peças de velcro (12), coladas ao tubo, sendo o tubo fixo por meio de duas tampas, uma fixa (5) e outra móvel (13), cuja finalidade é a remoção das pequenas bolinhas de lã que se formam em roupas já usadas. A limpeza das roupas se dá através de movimentos suaves, contínuos, sempre no mesmo sentido, garantindo a remoção das bolinhas sem danificar o tecido.
