A patente ora proposta, moldada em material plástico flexível, em virtude das alças (5), pode ser fixado em veículos ou equipamentos, mesmo funcionando ou em movimento. A sua utilização é consubstanciada no exercício de pressão manual, por meio de que o líquido contido no compartimento (2) é conduzido pelo duto (1) até alcançar o bico (3), estes guarnecidos, em posição de descanso, no compartimento (4).
