Patente de Modelo de Utilidade de "IMPLEMENTO PARA DESCASCAR PINHÃO", caracterizado por se constituir basicamente por dois braços ou manípulos de formato especial, sendo o superior (1) de contorno ligeiramente curvo próximo à sua extremidade livre, tendo projeção inferior central (2) onde se localiza um elemento intermediário de batente (3), prevendo ainda, próximo à articulação externa (4) uma lâmina (5), fixada à nervura (2) por parafusos (6), sendo que o braço inferior (7) possui formato retilíneo, no sentido longitudinal, com projeção em forma de nervura central (8) e concha (9) com formato de pinhão e desnível interno (10), onde se aloja a semente para o corte da sua casca, por atuação da lâmina (5) acionada pela pressão do manípulo ou braço (1) sobre o braço inferior (2).
