Em linhas gerais, o modelo é constituído por uma cuíca (1), patins de freio (2), tambor de freio (3), franja (4), caracterizado por apresentar eixo com dentes oblíquos (5), dispositivo cuneiforme (6), interruptor (7), roldanas (8) e trava de regulagem (9).
