Patente de Modelo de Utilidade "DISPOSIÇÃO INTRODUZIDA EM ELEMENTO PROTETOR", é utilizada para evitar que gotículas de sangue contaminado entrem em contato com o técnico no momento da abertura do dito tubo (1) à vácuo. Para tanto é prevista uma capa cilíndrica (4) disposta ao redor da porção superior do tubo (2) e ao redor da porção inferior da tampa (3), fixada externamente à dita tampa (3) e com comprimento axial maior que o comprimento axial da referida tampa (3).
