Refere-se o presente modelo, a uma maca dotada de três seções basculantes e reguláveis e de uma estrutura central também basculante e dotada de rodízios. Ao manipular-se os mecanismos de basculante das seções, rapidamente transforma-se o produto em "maca de ambulância", "cadeira de rodas" ou em "maca de hospital" com rodízios altos, facilitando sobremaneira a remoção e transporte de pacientes.
