Abstract

Trata-se de um modelo de churrasqueira vertical desmontável portátil com depósito de carvão interno que irradia calor lateralmente pelas venezianas, já que os espetos não ficam sobrepostos sobre o braseiro evitando a queima de gordura não fazendo fumaça. Os coletores de gordura evitam fazer sujeira no ambiente. Por ser desmontável seu espaço é diminuto e de fácil transporte tendo um par de alça como pedestal e para manter os espetos aquecidos usa a bandeja defletora de calor.
