A disposição em mecanismo rotativo compreende um disco (6), acionado por uma biela (7), pivotada na perna (1) da semeadora, sendo o eixo do disco (6) mancalizado no suporte (11) que age como fundo do depósito (2). Uma escova (13), posicionada radialmente de encontro ao disco (6) controla os grãos sobre o disco (6) durante o giro. O disco rotativo (6) possui um rasgo periférico (8), dotado de uma chapa arqueada (9), que regula a abertura do rasgo (8). Um sulco em "V" (14) é previsto próximo ao rasgo periférico (8).
