Patente de Modelo de Utilidade: "MÁQUINA GIRA ESPETOS", formado a partir de uma matriz de chapas galvanizadas devidamente recortadas a fim de configurar uma lateral em forma retangular (figura 4) onde são fixados os eixos gira espetos (figura 6), as engrenagens de nylon (figura 6) e o suporte do motor (figuras 1, 2 e 3) que recebem um capuz protetor (figura 16) em forma trapezoidal, com rasgos paralelos (peça nº 3), interruptor elétrico de tecla (peça nº 1) e emblema em forma oval (figura 13) que costurados com solda ponto, montam a máquina gira espetos para ser utilizada.
