Descreve-se uma torradeira a gás apropriada para torrar produtos em grão, que compreende um conjunto constituído de botijão de gás (1), válvula (2), mangueira (3), cachimbo conector (4), injetor misturador (5), tubo condutor (6), tambor giratório (8) provido de manivela (9), abertura de entrada e saída de produto (11) e tampa corrediça (10). No interior do tambor giratório (8) está formada uma câmara de torrefação (7) dotada de defletor e palhetas convenientemente dispostos para promoverem a movimentação dos grãos a torrar no interior da câmara de torrefação.
