Abstract

Patente de Modelo de Utilidade de "DISPOSIÇÃO CONSTRUTIVA EM PANELA PARA BUFÊ EM BANHO-MARIA". Trata-se de uma panela em banho-maria, que tem a finalidade de manter os alimentos aquecidos, mantendo sua umidade. Constitui-se de um recipiente externo (1) onde coloca-se um recipiente interno (3), menor, recipiente este provido de alças (6) e orifícios (7), sendo coberto pela tampa (8). O recipiente externo tem, em sua parte inferior interna, uma resistência elétrica de aquecimento (10) e externamente uma conexão elétrica desta resistência. Para transporte, a panela é posta no interior de uma caixa (12), ligeiramente mais baixa que a panela, caixa esta provida de uma tampa (13), fechada por presilhas de pressão (14).
