A prancha é produzida no setor de Metalúrgica e apresenta-se em 2 partes básicas (1) que são unidas na sua montagem por peças laterais de ferro em formato de cantoneiras (2) através de parafusos (4) e porcas em forma de borboleta (5), e acompanha suporte (6) para alteração da inclinação, e este com peça pé de encaixe (7).
