"Disposição introduzida em artigo para festas", notadamente para festas infantis e similares, destacando-se por ser uma espécie de brinquedo a ser distribuído como brinde aos convidados, tendo como característica maior uma peça (1) de formato qualquer, em plástico, papelão ou outros, a qual permite, mediante o acionamento de um dispositivo "detonador", como fio (4), fio com gatilho, a realização de pequena "explosão" de uma massa plástica de pólvora (3), fazendo ejetar ou abrir uma tampa (7), bem como serpentina multicoloridas (2) que, lançadas ao ar, embelezam e animam o ambiente.
