"DISPOSIÇÃO INTRODUZIDA EM LEITO, CAMA E COLCHÃO", segundo a qual os referidos leito, cama e colchão apresentam sua superfície superior desenvolvida em dois trechos de níveis diferentes, um mais alto (3), dotado de certa maciez, destinado a parte do corpo humano disposta da cintura para cima, e o outro (3') mais baixo, totalmente rígido, destinado a parte do corpo disposta da cintura para baixo, ditos trechos (3) e (3') delimitando entre si, um degrau (3'') transversal ao eixo longitudinal do leito, cama ou colchão, sendo que a altura, o comprimento e a maciez do referido trecho mais alto (3) apresentam-se variáveis.
