"Disposição introduzida em placa giratória", notadamente de uma placa (9) propriamente dita, destinada à veiculação de mensagens publicitárias em geral, para identificação de estabelecimentos comerciais, de prestação de serviços e outros, a qual é, via de regra, mediante uma base (1) metálica, disposta à frente do local a ser identificado, seja na calçada ou qualquer outra superfície similar, sendo a placa (9) projetada para oferecer uma perfeita eficiência operacional, especialmente devido ao movimento giratório constante pela própria circulação do ar, o que torna as mensagens passíveis de se alternarem constantemente.
