"DISPOSIÇÃO INTRODUZIDA EM BÓIA PARA PESCA", notadamente de uma bóia feita em plástico ou similar, composta de uma peça substancialmente cilíndrica (1) formada por dois corpos (2) e (3) cilíndricos centralmente e afunilados no sentido das extremidades, encaixados e interligados entre sí, sendo que, em um deste corpos está disposto o peso móvel, de maneira que, ao ser lançada à água, a bóia fica normalmente na posição vertical e, ao ser fisgada a isca pelo peixe, imediatamente balança no sentido de deslocar-se para uma posição ortogonal, sinalizando o ocorrido.
