Abstract

Trata o presente modelo de um aparelho que permite a realização de exercícios aeróbicos, com movimentos idênticos ao do esporte aquático, ou seja remo. O aparelho, estacionário, permite através de um sistema eletrônico o controle dos dados referentes aquele esporte. A prática de tal exercício beneficia a um grande número de músculos, e dependendo da intensidade queima-se um significativo número de calorias por hora de remada.
