Trata-se de modificação no processo de fabricação das tiras do arreio de modo a colocar o filme de microprismas retroreflexivo no interior de um compartimento hermético formado por plásticos flexíveis e transparente de modo que a costura deste conjunto sobre a tira base não afete a estanqueidade do compartimento; e pelo engate em ambos os lados do cinto com o uso de velkro ou similar.
