O qual é constituído por estrutura (1) basicamente paralepipedal, formada por perfis tubulares horizontais (2) e verticais (3), os dois longitudinais superiores configurando trilhos para o deslizamento de um quadro horizontal (5), transversal, no qual também é possível deslizar outro quadro (7), portador de um conjunto dosador (8) formado por suporte (9,10,11) no qual se encaixa capa térmica (12), e dentro desta, recipiente (13) para a massa, dotado de tampa (17) e de haste (15) provida de tampão vedador (14); dita haste é movimentada verticalmente para cima por ação de um mecanismo formado por hastes (19) e (21), esta articulada em orifícios (22) de uma alça (23); é prevista ainda mesa de apoio (25).
