"DISPOSIÇÃO CONSTRUTIVA EM SOLADO", a ser utilizado em qualquer tipo de calçado e constituído por uma multiplicidade de tubetes (2) de seção qualquer dispostos paralelamente entre si, no sentido transversal ou longitudinal ao calçado, tubetes estes preenchidos com um líquido apropriado, que lhes confere efeito de amortecedor hidráulico; dito solado (1) pode ou não ser transparente e o líquido no interior dos tubetes pode ser colorido.
