Abstract

O túnel secador contínuo está dotado de fornalha geradora de calor, tubos condutores de calor aletados para obter melhor dispersão da temperatura e telas transportadoras e de fixação ajustáveis na altura acionadas por moto-variador. Possui ainda exaustores em cada cámera de secagem, as que são construídas de alvenaria. A fonte geradora de calor é uma fornalha que pode ser alimentada por qualquer material ígneo inclusive resíduos. A alimentação do material a ser secado pode opcionalmente ser manual ou automática, para o qual utiliza-se equipamento adicional.
