"TACÓGRAFO ELETRÔNICO", constituído de dois equipamentos, alojados em diferentes caixas de metal, instalado em qualquer parte do veículo, possuindo bateria própria e senssores, que ligados a bateria do veículo, armazena diversas informações, pelo período de vinte e cinco (25) dias, sobre o veículo, motorista, cobrador e fiscal, em transportes coletivos urbanos e interurbanos, que posteriormente serão acessados através do leitor de dados, que é acoplado ao tacógrafo eletrônico, quando da retirada das informações alí contidas.
