Abstract
Descreve-se uma churrasqueira móvel destinada a ser usada para melhorar o trabalho de preparo da carne e a higiêne da mesma. Constituída basicamente de um queimador (Fig,I) na área de depósito, tendo em volta vidro temperado para uma melhor exposição (Fg. I e II) e constituída toda ela de chapa inox e isolante (FgV,2), com um controle de temperatura abaixo da área de calor (FgIV) e com abertura para entrada e saída do ar. Tendo a churrasqueira apoiada em 4 rodas de poliutireno (Fig,4).
