A nova disposição construtiva em fita auto-adesiva objeto deste privilégio, é obtida mediante a existência de uma primeira tira ou camada de papel Kraft, semi-Kraft, sulfite, monolúcido, branco ou outro, esta tira ou camada recebendo um revestimento externo de um filme de polietileno e recebendo pela parte interna uma dispersão acrílica auto-adesiva, de modo a estabelecer uma fita em rolos com ou sem impressão.
