Abstract

O dispositivo é constituído de uma câmara cilíndrica, portátil, em que se acopla uma peça de conexão com o circuito tubular de apoio ventilatório ao paciente e duas válvulas - uma exalatória e outra de pressão de insuflação máxima. O dispositivo permite regular a pressão positiva contínua em via aérea e também, impor pressão de insuflação máxima determinável, através do acionamento do cursor da válvula exalatória.
