Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO PRENDEDOR DE TOALHAS E SIMILARES", constituído por um receptáculo ou caixa ôca, preferentemente circular, formado por uma parede de base (1), provida de furo central (2), parede esta da qual se projeta anteriormente um pescoço cilíndrico (3) com parede dupla, dotado de rosca (4) em sua parede externa e de uma perfuração de respiro (4a) em sua parede interna, pescoço cilíndrico (3) este, que recebe por rosqueamento uma peça capsular (5), com rosca em sua parede interna, na qual é mantida, em posição confrontante, com uma abertura circular (7), dotada de rebordo interno (8), um disco elástico e flexível (9), feito preferentemente em espuma de borracha; sendo que no centro deste disco (9) são praticadas cruzadamente entre si, uma pluralidade de recortes ou incisões (10), das quais resulta a formação de lingúetas (11) com ação de garras.
